NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, October 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — True Skies Launches Android App and Unveils Major iOS 2.0 Update Featuring Skye AI Flight Assistant

*Cross-platform expansion introduces AI-powered travel assistance, Siri integration, social flight sharing and a smarter end-to-end passenger experience.*

True Skies, the intelligent flight companion designed to keep travelers informed, prepared and calm, today announced the launch of its Android application and the upcoming release of True Skies 2.0 for iOS.

Now available on Google Play alongside its existing iPhone app, True Skies connects travelers across both major mobile platforms. The expansion enables friends, families and colleagues to share and follow flights regardless of their device.

True Skies 2.0, the company’s largest iOS update to date, has been submitted to Apple for review and is expected to launch following approval.

### Meet Skye: Your AI-Powered Flight Assistant

At the center of True Skies 2.0 is **Skye**, an AI-powered flight assistant available through True Skies First Class.

Using natural-language conversation, Skye helps travelers understand flight information and determine what to do next. Passengers can ask about flight status, gates, delays, inbound aircraft, airport conditions, weather, baggage allowances, pet policies and destination entry requirements.

When disruptions occur, travelers can open an alert and ask Skye for guidance, bringing relevant information and potential next steps together in one experience.

Skye also integrates with Siri, enabling convenient voice interaction on iPhone. Initially available on iOS, Skye is coming soon to Android.

### Beyond Flight Tracking: A Proactive Travel Companion

True Skies continuously monitors flights and proactively delivers alerts about gate changes, delays, cancellations, aircraft changes and baggage carousel assignments.

Smart departure notifications help travelers determine when to leave for the airport, while live flight tracking, connection information, airport intelligence and weather updates keep passengers informed throughout their journey.

Key flight details remain accessible even without a signal.

Flights can be added through search, shared links or QR codes. First Class members also receive boarding-pass scanning and calendar import capabilities.

### Making Travel Social Across Platforms

With Android support, True Skies makes sharing travel experiences easier than ever.

Users can follow friends’ and family members’ journeys, view shared flights alongside their own and exchange flight information through links or QR codes.

Whether coordinating airport pickups or following loved ones in transit, True Skies keeps everyone connected across iPhone and Android.

### Designed for the Entire Journey

True Skies extends beyond traditional flight tracking with features supporting travelers before, during and after their flights.

First Class includes **Nervous Flyer Mode**, offering breathing exercises, explanations of common aircraft sounds and turbulence, and calming activities.

A redesigned Passport and Flight Log creates a visual history of completed journeys, including flights, miles, airports and countries visited.

Additional First Class capabilities include visa information, currency exchange rates and shareable pet travel profiles.

Built using native technologies—SwiftUI for iOS and Jetpack Compose for Android—True Skies delivers a consistent experience optimized for each platform.

### Building the Future of Intelligent Travel

True Skies is evolving beyond displaying flight data toward helping passengers understand information, anticipate disruptions and take appropriate action.

With Android expanding its global reach and Skye introducing conversational AI into the passenger journey, True Skies aims to make travel more connected, informed and less stressful.

**True Skies for Android is available now on Google Play.** The iOS application is available on Apple’s App Store, with version 2.0 expected following Apple’s review process.
